Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Early Childhood – Part‑time

Location:

GA–Columbus, AL–Phenix City, KY–Fort Mitchell, and surrounding areas.

Schedule:

8:00 am–5:30 pm with flex scheduling (less than 30 hrs/week).
Setting:
In‑home and daycare.

$65.00/hr – $80.00/hr

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
• Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
• Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate records and data collection.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• School and in‑home experience required.
• Valid state licensure (Georgia).
• Experience in early childhood development and education (ages 2‑6).
• Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings.
• Ability to provide in‑home and community‑based services.

BCBA or BCaBA certification (Required).
