The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is a key position responsible for partnering with business leaders and driving results across the organization through a financial lens to drive revenue and EBITDA expansion, determine critical KPIs, and assess the effectiveness of operationally deployed initiatives. The role is a critical strategic position that will drive substantial value within the organization and help shape the future landscape and roadmap of the business.

This position reports to the Vice President of FP&A and is a high‑impact role with exposure to senior leaders, strategy, budgeting, financial planning, investment decision support, and capital planning.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a financial business partner to key service line leaders providing continuous support related to forecasting, budget analysis, operational KPIs, and ROI on initiatives.
- Partner with the rest of the finance organization to drive reporting efficiencies and effectiveness. The ultimate goal is to streamline reporting to enable strategic insights that lead to business actions.
- Develop executive‑level presentation materials surrounding operations, revenue metrics, client analysis and associated financial impacts, as well as long‑term strategic plans.
- Support financial modeling and ad‑hoc analysis requests to help drive business strategy and improve efficiency.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel.
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high‑quality analytics, and communicate results with accompanying actionable insights effectively.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as data visualization / report management tools. Knowledge of Vena is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for data and the insights they unlock.
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
- High level of curiosity and desire to learn new skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to data.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of financial and/or operational analysis experience, ideally in the healthcare industry and/or high‑growth PE‑backed company.
