Strategic Finance Position Reporting to CFO!

Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 per year.

This role is for an experienced finance professional with a background in finance transformation within the manufacturing industry. You will support the CFO and play a critical role in driving our financial strategy, planning, and forecasting in a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Develop and maintain long‑term forecasts and conduct detailed analysis to influence strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, set targets, update forecasts, and monitor performance.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement efficiency strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA or CFA/CPA an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A in manufacturing.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost accounting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High integrity, dependability and results orientation.
