Part Time Library Assistant - North Columbus Public Library

Overview

The Chattahoochee Valley Libraries is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part-Time Library Assistant. This is a 19 hour per week position at North Columbus Public Library.

• Provide technology and reference assistance to the public.
• Help customers with technology needs, teach computer skill classes, and provide one-on-one assistance.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, staff, and the public.
• Be available to report to any branch in the system and work nights and weekends in rotation.

• High School diploma or GED; high energy and pleasing dispositions.
• Ability to offer technology and reference assistance to the public.
• Effective communication with supervisors, staff, and the public.

Salary: $13.00 / hour
