Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to sell Integra’s staffing services to businesses in the Columbus region. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys being out in the field, and thrives in a goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and in-person visits.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, plant managers, and business owners.
- Present staffing solutions and explain Integra’s services and capabilities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track all leads and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
- Partner with the recruiting team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Sales or business development experience preferred (staffing industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable cold calling and making in-person sales visits.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Base Pay + Commission (competitive and based on experience)
