Worker Designation – This role is a remote role. You will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. You may be requested to come to the office based on business need, with advance communication.

- Strong knowledge in employer sponsored insurance product offerings and plan designs.
- Proven ability to interpret and work with employer insurance contacts and service agreements.
- Ability to influence and guide internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Strong knowledge of Aflac products, onboarding standards, and policy/procedure frameworks.
- Experience with executive level reporting & escalation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work virtually with cross-functional business units and vendors to support the customer’s needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 4 or more years of job-related experience
- Experience working directly with customers and employees.
- Knowledge and experience related to employer provided insurance products, and supporting client implementations.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education & Experience Preferred- SME in Life, Absence and Disability products

PrincipalDuties & Responsibilities
- Assist with process improvements by refining workflows, supporting team development, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enable efficient change adoption.
- Reviews and audits client onboarding materials and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established standards.
- Delivers training and updates on tools, processes, and policy changes to the implementation team.
- Maintains and revises team tools and documentation by coordinating updates with internal partners.
- Keeps account service procedures current and ensures accurate reference materials.
- Reviews workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical adjustments.
- Investigates service issues, determines root causes, and proposes solutions for resolution.
- Supports Implementation Managers and Account Executives with analysis of non-standard benefits or processes.
- Escalates complex customer plan design issues and tracks them through resolution.
- Assists with finalist meetings, client onboarding, and system rollouts by preparing and presenting materials.
Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations) on requirements gathering, testing and regression analysis, and other business needs as required. - Encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing to support smooth implementation delivery.
- Participates in customer meetings when needed, to address feedback or process improvements.
- Performs other related duties as required.
The salary range for this job is $75,000 to $90,000.
