MMC Contracting supports commercial/industrial remodeling across Georgia & Alabama, and we need an organized, dependable admin pro to help keep the office running smoothly as we grow.
Location:
Columbus, GA (in-office)
You'll handle the day-to-day office/admin needs: HR coordination, basic bookkeeping support, document management, and be the right-hand support for operations and leadership. This is a multi-function in-office role supporting office operations, employee administration, and basic accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support HR admin: onboarding paperwork, files, basic compliance tracking
- Assist with bookkeeping/admin: invoices, check processing, AP/AR support
- Manage job files: COIs, vendor docs, subcontractor paperwork
- Handle communications, scheduling, document sending, and follow-ups
- Support project paperwork flow (submittals/closeout docs as needed)
- 2 or more years in construction admin, office management, or similar
- Comfortable with Excel + Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Organized, discreet, and high follow-through
- Bookkeeping/AP/AR experience is a strong plus
- Professional communicator (phone/email/document handling)
- Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or comparable platforms is highly preferred.
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $30,000 to $35,000 annual salary, based on experience
- Benefits currently include paid time off and company holidays. Additional benefits may be introduced in the future.
