POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator will support the branch’s marketing efforts and ensure smooth, efficient loan transactions from contract to closing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESincludes the following responsibilities, but not limited to
- Marketing
- Create and manage branch marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, flyers, and presentation materials.
- Maintain and grow our branch presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other relevant channels.
- Implementmarketingstrategies,incollaborationwithsupporting
LoanOfficers,todrivesalesoperationsasneeded. - Coordinatelunchandlearnswithrealestateofficesandpartnerstoeducateon
CMGproducts. - Visitclient/realtorstomakemarketingdeliveries
- Utilizecompanymarketingplatformstomarkettopastclientsandreferralsources
- Contactclientsandbusinesspartnerstothank,congratulate,andrequestreviewof
CMGservice. - Assistwithinternalandexternaleventplanning
- Track and report on marketing activity, engagement, and ROI where applicable.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with CMG and regulatory guidelines in all marketing materials.
- Transaction Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact between loan officers, borrowers, real estate agents, title companies, and internal operations teams.
- Open new files, organize loan documentation, and help monitor file milestones from application through closing.
- Track key dates (contract deadlines, appraisal, underwriting conditions, closing dates) and help keep all parties informed.
- Assist with gathering and organizing documentation needed from borrowers and third parties, routing items to the appropriate internal teams.
- Update loan status in systems and maintain accurate, organized digital records.
- Support loan officers with pipeline management, status updates, and customer service follow-up.
- Mortgage industry knowledge
- Knowledgeable of social media marketing practices
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of product;
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with data and checklists.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSThis role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
COMPENSATIONCMG pays a competitive hourly/salary range which ranges from $50,000.00 to $55,000.00. Factors that affect hourly rate may include:
Marketing and Transaction experience, overall knowledge, number of years worked in mortgage industry, types of roles performed, computer skills, experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
