Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and execute assigned BPO engagements for government contracting clients Prepare and review work papers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FAR and CAS requirements Support DCAA audits and conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred) 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience in government contracting accounting or public accounting Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); CAS experience preferred Hands-on experience with job cost accounting and project-based financial reporting Experience using Unanet ERP (Gov Con) and Quick Books
