Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K Support the development of quarterly earnings release materials and manage the SEC reporting calendar Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and support audits with necessary documentation
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in SEC reporting Hands-on experience with disclosure drafting and knowledge of GAAP and SEC rules
Experience with ERP software and advanced Excel skills Ability to manage competing priorities and operate independently
