• Provide leadership and oversight to our nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
• Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Collaborate with hospital administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage and allocate nursing resources, including staffing, budget, and equipment
• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability among nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of Five years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Minimum of two of experience in as Director of Nursing
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising nursing staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining a resident-focused environment
