Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a strong, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and help take the facility to the next level. This role is for a proven leader
, not someone learning the DON role for the first time.

• Experienced DON with a solid clinical and leadership background

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Ability to lead, coach, and hold nursing staff accountable

• Experience managing surveys, audits, and plans of correction
