All Heart Home Care is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Clinical Director to oversee the daily operations of our Columbia Home Health office. We are interviewing Registered Nurses who are dedicated to providing high quality and compassionate care to our patients.

The Home Health Clinical Director position:

As our Home Health Clinical Director
, you will oversee the daily operations of our Medicare Certified Home Health office located in Nashville. This office services Davidson and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include budget oversight, management of clinical and clerical staff, monitoring patient admissions and visits, maintaining compliance with insurance authorizations, documentation, and monthly billing.

• Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or other Compact state RN license
• Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
• Working knowledge of the framework, organization, and function of the home health care industry
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Private Insurance guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods involved in planning and directing personnel
• Three or more years Home Health experience
• Three or more years Management experience
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening

• Oversee daily operations of the Medicare Certified Home Health office
• Budget oversight
