The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in processes such as wire drawing and extrusion and holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include optimizing equipment, collaborating with teams, and ensuring quality control. Strong project management skills, including PMP certification, and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles are preferred.
