Korzen Health is currently partnered with a leading, physician-owned and physician-led psychiatry medical group. With a strong presence across 9 states, over 55 hospitals, nearly 20 clinics, and 300+ providers.

We are seeking a full-time Medical Director (MD) to lead psychiatric services at Pinewood Springs(with optional coverage at Franklin Clinic). This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape inpatient behavioral health care while maintaining a balanced schedule and working with a strong clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Medical Director for Pinewood Springs, overseeing clinical operations and psychiatric care
• Provide direct psychiatric services to patients in an inpatient setting
• Participate in weekend call coverage one weekend per month
• (Optional) Expand role to include outpatient coverage at our Franklin Clinic, with additional compensation based on scope

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary: $300,000 $ 350,000+, with potential for additional earnings tied to expanded services or responsibilities

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee
• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, collaborative, and organizational skills
