Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to appropriate clinical staff and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verifying identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with directing individuals to proper areas according to site guidelines.;
Complete reports and logs for incidents, patrol activity, and/or observations, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
