As a Store Manager, you will bring leadership, talent, and experience to a team-oriented environment. Our managers are innovators, role models and coaches who drive results and the development of our team associates.

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great, customized hair and beauty experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring safety, security, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure the store presents its best at all times.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
