Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference in Patient Care
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia services across a dynamic medical environment. This pivotal role offers the chance to work within a large, collaborative team committed to delivering top-tier care at multiple surgical centers. Required Skills:
- Board-certified CRNA with valid state license or valid compact license
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR and anesthesia equipment such as Draeger machines, Glide scopes, and Alaris IV pumps
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work consistently for 40 hours per week, including rotational shifts
- Willingness to travel weekly to various outpatient surgery centers within the Lexington area
Skills:
- Experience with diverse procedural cases outside pediatric anesthesia
- Familiarity with anesthesia services in ambulatory surgery centers
- Ability to adapt to different shift schedules (5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s) and rotate between multiple sites
- Strong understanding of hospital and outpatient surgical environments
Education and Experience:
- Graduate-level degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or higher)
- 2+ years of anesthesia practice experience in hospital or outpatient settings
- Must hold or obtain a DEA registration
- Ability to complete credentialing within 60-90 days
- Willing to obtain a compact license if not already licensed in South Carolina
- Must be able to work every week with flexibility for occasional travel to surgery centers up to twice a week
