The nCino Configuration Expert will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing nCino Banking Operating System components within Salesforce, with a specific focus on integrating third‑party credit and data services such as Equifax, FICO, Experian, and other financial products. This role ensures seamless end‑to‑end system functionality across development, UAT, and production environments, supporting the banks’ lending, onboarding, and credit decisioning processes.

• Configure and manage nCino product modules (e.g., Loan Origination, Deposit Account Opening, Credit Analysis).
• Implement and maintain integrations with third‑party systems such as Equifax, FICO, Experian, Docu Sign, and other data providers.
• Configure and optimize Credit Bureau integrations, pricing engines, and document generation processes.
• Maintain consistent configuration and data synchronization across multiple Salesforce environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) for multiple Salesforce Orgs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to design and test API‑based integrations.
• Ensure secure data transmission between nCino and external systems following compliance and data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration‑related issues and errors.
• Support continuous improvement of integration performance and stability.
• Manage environment refreshes, metadata migration, and release management using Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Gearset, Copado).
• Coordinate and validate configurations between environments before production deployment.
• Maintain documentation of environment‑specific configurations and dependencies.
• Perform functional and regression testing for new configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scripts and validation steps for integration testing.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for nCino and integration issues escalated by business users or administrators.
• Work closely with product owners, Salesforce admins, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical and configuration documentation.
• Participate in design reviews, system audits, and platform roadmap discussions.

Minimum 35 years of experience with nCino configuration on the Salesforce platform.
