ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to support our Columbia, PA manufacturing facility. The Project Manager Capital Expenditures (Cap Ex) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering capital projects within a manufacturing facility. This role manages the full project lifecycle—including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, equipment installation, and project closeout while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, production, and financial objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end management of Cap Ex projects ranging from $100K $20M annually.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, funding requests, and risk assessments.
• Oversee design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Manage communication among operations, engineering, maintenance, EHS, finance, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.

• Prepare and manage capital budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and spending reports.
• Track and control project costs to ensure delivery within approved budgets.
• Lead competitive bidding, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Support finance with asset capitalization and project closeout.

• Lead project safety planning in partnership with EHS.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing Cap Ex projects from $10 $ 20 million.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, utilities, and facility systems.

• PMP, PE, or Six Sigma certification.
