Schedule-Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Flexibility required to accommodate client needs.
The ICTS Housing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families as they work toward housing stability and community integration. In collaboration with the ICTS team, community partners, and housing providers, this position focuses on assessing housing needs, securing appropriate housing options, and supporting long-term success through engagement, education, and coordination of resources.

Key Responsibilities
Engage ICTS consumers to assess housing needs and connect them with appropriate housing resources
Collaborate with ICTS team members to support housing placement, stability, and successful community integration
Coordinate with NARR-accredited housing providers, sober living environments, and other housing partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, community stakeholders, and local partners
Support housing stability through education on tenant rights, budgeting, household management, and sustainability
Monitor housing placements, census, and assistance to ensure accurate documentation and timely payment requests
Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and habitability standards are met
Work closely with DOC, DBH, and other providers to support coordinated care
Promote tenant engagement and participation through education and activities
Support individualized housing goals and plans as part of each participant’s wellness plan
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least four (4) years’ experience in human services required if Bachelor’s degree is not obtained
• Ability to articulate and operate within the Housing First Model required
• Working knowledge of available housing subsidy programs and other potential housing resources required
• Strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills required
• Significant state travel; valid driver’s license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver’s license by the 60-day introductory period required
