🔧 Complete in-home plumbing repairs (faucet, toilet, water heater replacements, etc.)
💬 Build rapport with customers and provide expert recommendations
📋 Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans
🚚 Keep your service truck stocked, clean, and organized
📅 Work with our customer service & dispatch teams for smooth operations
👨🏫 Train and mentor apprentices to help grow the next generation of plumbers
📝 Maintain accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets
✔ 1+ year of service plumbing experience
✔ Excellent customer service & communication skills
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
✔ Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed
✔ Professionalism—neat, punctual, and courteous
✔ A positive, can-do attitude
