Security Officer - Unarmed Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.;
Monitor customer and associate activity, identify potential concerns, and communicate observations to store management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical events, and policy violations, and assist with scene control until additional resources arrive.;
Complete reports and maintain detailed logs of patrol activity, incidents, and customer interactions in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal guidelines.
