Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage location, including sales floor, stock areas, receiving docks, and the exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or policy violations by observing activity and addressing concerns per post orders.;
Complete reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and client representatives.
