Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing and assembly operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop plant teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Establish and track key operational metrics, driving accountability across departments.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Oversee performance management, workforce planning, and departmental budgets.
• Promote employee development and engagement to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of management experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Oracle experience preferred.
