Cherokee Nation System Solutions is seeking a Facilities Custodian to perform custodial work and building maintenance to support our environmental research facility. This role requires an individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility. The technician will handle routine cleaning, perform minor repairs, and manage maintenance projects to ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality across the center.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Facilities Custodian : $17.00- $19.00 per hour.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Facilities Custodian Responsibilities Include:

• Perform routine custodial tasks including restroom and common area cleaning, trash removal, recycling, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and conduct periodic deep cleaning as specified.
• Assist in building maintenance projects, performing minor repairs, upkeep tasks, and pressure washing.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, using environmentally friendly cleaning products.
• Complete assigned duties promptly and maintain a consistent cleaning and maintenance schedule.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Facilities Custodian Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience or training in custodial or facility maintenance.
• Ability to pass a USAccess background check.
• Strong equipment operation and troubleshooting skills for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
