Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $25.15/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and administers medication to residents under the direction of the nursing staff and documents accordingly;
Observes residents for side effects and interactions; reports to nursing staff;
Assists residents with personal care needs and daily activities, including mealtimes;
Actively participates in the resident's care/service plan and supports involvement in decision making;
Documents vital signs and maintains resident records in the electronic health record; responds to phone calls
