Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $23.30/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents according to established community care procedures as directed by nursing leadership.;
Responds to residents' call lights and requests and reports observations to the nurse.;
Assists residents with personal care and helps maintain their dignity by encouraging independence.;
Observes residents to identify changing needs and reports information to the nurse and participates in care/service plans.;
Documents care provided in clinical records and assists with mealtimes and therapies under the direction of licensed staff
