The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Manufacturing Technologist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Leadership. Initiates, identifies, recommends, and oversees programs in the manufacturing area of responsibility to improve:
1) product cost, service, and quality, and/or (2) process safety and health/environmental impact.

* History of independently solving technical problems in area of responsibility.

* Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility.

* Record of scientifically sound written and oral communications.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 years of controls experience in a manufacturing environment

OR

* High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of controls experience in a manufacturing environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Engineering Degree (Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls)

* Skills include… PLC programming, code development, controls, HMI development, databases

Work location:

* Onsite Columbia, MO

Travel:

The expected compensation range for this position is $85,200 - $117,150, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
