• Minimum of five years of experience in the heavy equipment operations industry, including up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree or willingness to earn one.
• Prior teaching/training experience, especially in a hands‑on vocational setting.
• Five or more years of related work experience in construction management, specific equipment operations or occupational safety, or technological advancements in heavy equipment operations.
• Valid commercial driver's license.
