Job Description Summary
The facility attendant will report to the Administrative Support Supervisor. Utilizing a pass management computer system, monitor validity of passes for all patrons entering the facility. Responsible for the sale of memberships (daily, punch pass, annual) to patrons and issuing membership card. Register patrons for classes and sell point-of-sale items. Answer incoming telephone calls and assist patrons or refer them to the proper area.
Responsible for balancing cash receipts daily. Assist with special programs or events. Keep area clean and free of debris. Handle or make applicable referral of all complaints/problems. Mail receipts or documents as required or requested. Related work as assigned by supervisor. Interpret and apply established policies. Opening/closing of facility as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 17 years of age.
Experience with computer operation/keyboarding. Excellent customer service/customer relation skills. Must attend staff meetings as required. Cash handling experience. Ability to work independently. Must follow established dress code. Must be flexible with work schedule (mornings, day, evenings, weekends). This a year-round position

Temporary/Seasonal employees do not qualify for sick, holiday or vacation pay. Pay checks are issued bi-weekly. This is a year-round position.
