Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant
Project Manager for our Industrial Manufacturing Group in Ironton, MO.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in total project management related to estimating, scheduling, safety, operations, & quality.
- Assistin managing the risk in relation to job-site safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working on-site.
- Recognize,identify, and prevent issues with safety, quality, and incidents on and around job sites and work areas.
- Help coordinate the project schedule to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs.
- Work with estimators in pre-construction meetings with key supervisors in operations to assist in the productive progress of a project.
- Assistinfacilitatingall project controls,documentation,and procedures. Maintain current budgetsandnotifyleaders of any budget impacts.
- Assistin documenting all project impacts in relation to the project schedule, budget, and plans.
- Begin toidentifyand rectify potential and actual project delays throughout the project.
- Manage all job costs incurred during project to date and predict estimated costs on remaining production.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management , Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.
- Background of technical skills and understanding of industrial construction preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.
