Accounts Receivable Specialist

PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our esteemed client located in Maryland Heights, MO

• Import and post customer invoices
• Process customer payments, refunds, and adjustment
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Research and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Prepare and post manual invoices
• Complete year-end audit requests accurately and on time

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with accounting software (JD Edwards Enterprise One and JWS a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
