Corrections Cadet pay will start at $17.50 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- One year of continuous employment in any field of work will substitute for the high school diploma or GED.
This is an entry level position with primary responsibility in security such as key room, dormitory, control center, field, trip, or gate officer. It may act independently or under general supervision.
Schedule- First 6 weeks (paid training):
Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm - After training:
Monday – Friday 5:45 am to 6:00 pm - Alternatively:
Monday – Friday 5:45 pm to 6:00 am
