GOLF OUTSIDE SERVICES ATTENDANT - HOBBITS GLEN GOLF CLUB / FAIRWAY HILLS GOLF CLUB

Hobbit's Glen Golf Club and Fairway Hills Golf Club are looking for friendly, customer service-oriented and highly-motivated individuals to join our team. The Outside Service Attendant provides the highest level of customer service to members and guests by creating a warm and welcoming environment at all times.

• Provide excellent customer service while providing information regarding the course, play time and other golf-related issues.
• Monitor the course for pace of play and provide instructions to golfers prior to tee time.
• Provide carts to golfers and assist with on-course duties.
• Maintain the clubhouse grounds, cart areas and driving range area clean and organized.
• Engage in frequent public interaction and perform manual labor with exposure to various weather conditions including sun, rain, heat, snow, and cold.
• Be encouraged to learn to work in multiple departments/areas of the facility, such as Front Desk services.
• Evening, weekday, and weekend availability is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to provide an average of 18 hours of weekly working availability during the working season (March 1– December
  1).
• Possess strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, stressful work environment.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role.
