PositionLifeguard – Aquatics Department (Previous lifeguard experience required)
Responsibilities- Complete a water screening and pass a training class prior to being hired.
- Be friendly, punctual, and communicate in a professional manner with both team members and our guests.
- Assist the Aquatics Staff in honoring pool preferences indicated; final placements will be based on experience, ability, and need.
- During the season, be available to work at connected facilities, partnered pools, or any location under the Columbia Association Aquatics umbrella.
- Previously held a lifeguard position.
- Pay rate: $16.75 per hour.
- Part‑time benefits include a free Fit & Play membership, wellness benefits with perks, and some paid leave.
