The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for applicants with swimming experience to assist the Head Coach with a neighborhood swim team. He or she would be required to enjoy children and the sport of swimming in order to provide swimmers, regardless of their skill level, with a positive and fun swim team experience. We are looking for a coach who will demonstrate good sportsmanship and excitement for swimming at each practice and meet.

Since the CNSL season is limited, attendance at all meets and practices will be mandatory unless excused by a Swim League Supervisor.

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.55 an hour.
