• Manager on Duty: assist in leading in-service training for pool staff.
• Ensure a safe and fun environment for guests by communicating rules and regulations of an aquatic setting.
• Work at connected facilities, partnered pools, or other Columbia Association Aquatics umbrella locations as needed.

• Pass a water screening test.
• Hold an active Ellis and Associates Guard License.
• Hold a MD Certified Pool & Spa Operators license.
• Mature, friendly, and professional communicator.

The pay rate for this position is $1 7 .75 /per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package. Part‑time benefits include a free Fit & Play membership, wellness benefits with perks, and some paid leave.
