The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for candidates with swimming experience to organize and direct the activities that make up our successful Columbia Neighborhood Swim League (CNSL). The Head coach is responsible for creating plans for practices and communicating with the parents and volunteers. It is expected that the Head Coach will set an example of good sportsmanship while encouraging friendly competition.

The job requires attendance at all practices and meets unless approved by a Swim League Supervisor.

The starting pay rate for this position is $20.10 an hour.

As a reminder to all applicants, the Aquatics Staff will do all they can to honor the pool preferences indicated. During the season, staff members will be scheduled to work at connected facilities, partnered pools, or in dire cases, anywhere under the Columbia Association Aquatics umbrella.
