THIS IS A CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Developerwho will play a key role in leading a team of developers while also being hands-on in developing and deploying a scalable web application. This role requires expertise inReact (Ant Design framework), Python, FastAPI, Big Query, and Docker,with deployments inGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate is astrong technical leaderwho can make decisions, resolve complex issues, and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing APIs, defining data architecture, and ensuring high-performance applications that scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:Lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Full Stack Development:Design and build user interfaces using React (Ant Design) and develop robust back-end services with Python and FastAPI.
• Database & Analytics:Work with Big Query to handle large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to software development best practices.
• Issue Resolution & Decision-Making:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, making informed decisions to keep the team moving forward.
• Agile Execution:Work closely with product managers and stakeholders in an agile development environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ yearsof professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience withReact, particularly with theAnt Designframework.
• Proficient inPythonandFastAPIfor backend development.
• Expertise in designing and optimizingAPIs and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience withDockerfor containerization.
• Experience working withGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), particularlyBig Queryfor data analytics.
• Strong decision-making skills in technical architecture, design patterns, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
• Familiarity with authentication and security best practices in API design.
• Understanding of cloud-native application development.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
