Manager, Community Support (Administrative)
Reporting to the Director of Community Integration Services, the Community Supports Manager supports people with disabilities, behavioral challenges, medically complex needs, transitioning youth, and other populations who participate in day hobby services, residential services, and supported employment services within their community. The role supports individuals across the region Humanim serves, coordinating person‑centered planning activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing the individuals’ participation in the person‑centered planning process.
The position is also responsible for assisting the DD Division and stakeholders with applicable post‑PCP approval troubleshooting to resolve billing exceptions that hinder Humanim and certified providers from billing in the LTSS Maryland – DDA Module.
