About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Beverage Technician to join our team! The Commercial Beverage Service Technician will hold the responsibility to offer comprehensive service solutions for restaurants and / or commercial store servicing ice machines, hot and cold beverage machines, and ice cream and frozen beverage machines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair beverage systems
• Complete Service Calls in a timely manner
• Provide Preventative Maintenance on all commercial equipment
• Treat Customers with professional courtesy and respect
• Communicate effectively with manager, dispatcher and customer
• Inspect and maintain company provided service vehicle
• Order parts to complete service calls
• Complete paper work in an efficient effective manner
• Attend all continuous training sessions
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Previous experience maintaining / repairing , refrigeration, and fountain beverage machines including ice machines, frozen beverage machines, ice cream machines, coffee and tea , water management, beer equipment, etc.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a Valid Drivers License with good driving record
• EPA Certification
• Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
