LCS Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.;
Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.;
Delivers packages internally received via third party vendor or regular USPS (Fed Ex, Amazon, UPS, etc.) to residents, department specific and key employees.;
Assist with keeping the front area of the community clean (i.e. shovels snow+ice, etc.) and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.;
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
