How

you'll make an impact
  • Manage and maintain a book of business consisting of surety bonds, including Payment, Performance, License, and Permit bonds.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their bonding needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to secure approvals for new and existing bonds.
  • Handle the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of surety bonds in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and manage direct bill accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing discrepancies. (Missed Expirations Report Management)
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering proactive support.
  • Assist in the placement of new business bonds for existing and prospective accounts.
  • Utilize EPIC or other agency management systems to maintain accurate client records, process transactions, and track bond activity.
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to surety bonds.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
About You

Required:

  • 1 year Surety experience required
  • Account Management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience
