WhoWe Are Looking For
We’re seeking a Marketing Enablement Manager to join the Marketing team, responsible for building and executing Medisolv’s enablement programs that support Sales, SDRs, and Channel Partners. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role ensures the commercial organization has the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively communicate our value, support buyer conversations, and drive revenue. This role collaborates closely with Sales Leadership, SDRs, Partner teams, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Marketing leadership to ensure consistent, aligned go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, structured thinking, and a passion for building systems that enhance field readiness and commercial performance.
- Sales Enablement:
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve sales playbooks, persona guides, competitive resources, and core pitch assets by operationalizing Product Marketing’s strategic messaging into clear, customer-ready content for Sales & CX teams. - Sales Enablement:
Develop and manage a centralized Enablement Hub for all sales and partner-facing materials with consistent organization, version control, and usability. - Sales Enablement:
Deliver recurring enablement sessions aligned with commercial needs, product updates, and company initiatives. - Sales Enablement:
Support Sales onboarding with clear, structured materials and training resources. - Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure enablement tools align with campaigns, events, launch activities, and GTM priorities.
- Partner Enablement:
Build and manage co-branded partner enablement kits (decks, talking points, one-pagers, FAQs) for key partners, including Vizient, Arcadia, and Meditech. - Partner Enablement:
Train partner teams on Medisolv value propositions, messaging, and offerings to ensure consistent representation in the market. - Partner Enablement:
Support joint programs, partner webinars, event participation, and co-marketing initiatives with aligned enablement content. - Partner Enablement:
Maintain consistent templates, messaging, and brand standards across partner-facing materials.
- Go-to-Market Execution & Readiness:
Support GTM readiness for campaigns, webinars, product updates, Advisory content, and major regulatory cycles. - Go-to-Market Execution & Readiness:
Coordinate GTM timelines, internal communications, and enablement requirements across Sales, CX, Product Marketing, and Partner teams. - Go-to-Market Execution & Readiness:
Own the downstream enablement deliverables required for commercial activation (sales decks, cheat sheets, talk tracks, FAQs). - Go-to-Market Execution & Readiness:
Collect feedback from Sales and Partner teams to refine enablement content, tools, and processes.
- Insights & Continuous Improvement:
Conduct periodic feedback loops with Sales and Partners, synthesizing themes to inform Marketing, Product, and CX teams. - Insights & Continuous Improvement:
Track adoption and usage of enablement assets to guide content improvements and prioritize new needs. - Insights & Continuous Improvement:
Identify gaps in the sales cycle and develop tools that improve deal progression and alignment. - Insights & Continuous Improvement:
