Responsibilities:

• Ensure all brands (Anne Klein, Givenchy, DKNY, Marchesa, Lauren, Karl Lagerfeld, Lonna & Lilly, Napier, Nine West, Vera Wang, etc.) are merchandised and presented in optimal locations by classification, key trends and lifestyle.
• Organize stock by color, style and price.
• Execute promotional and markdown events correctly at store level.
• Develop strong relationships with store associates and management across all levels.
• Communicate trends, product knowledge and selling information to the stores.
• Negotiate for prime locations, additional capacity and communicate stock call‑outs.
• Proactively report issues and concerns with the Regional Manager.
• Complete store recaps, time sheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Utilize email consistently to obtain pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and forward‑thinking skills.
• 3+ years of previous retail and/or merchandising experience.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and efficiently work toward team goals.
