• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and upholding high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance:
  Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achievement of sales targets.
• Operational Excellence:
  Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Other duties and projects as required.

• Experience:
  
  Proven retail or similar role experience with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-Centric:
  Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; reliable and team-focused.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights based on business needs; ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance per company policies.
• Clear spoken English for customer communication; proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for business tasks and sales reports.

• Prolonged standing (approximately 4 to 14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock or stock merchandise.
• May require climbing ladders or stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
• Ability to lift 5–25 lbs regularly; higher weights may be required in certain circumstances.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.

Store Associate pay range: $17.00 - $17.00 per hour
. This role is eligible for the company 401K plan.
