• Assist the store manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Hire, train, and manage associates to meet financial goals.

• Use the Panda Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification (Food Safety).
