Telecom Assoc PM

This role supports a Lead Project Manager or serves as the lead on smaller or regional customer deployments. The position manages end-to-end telecommunications deployment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.

• Manage one or more aspects of customer deployment projects across multiple applications
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from system entry through construction completion and closeout
• Coordinate site acquisition, structural analysis, A&E services, permitting, zoning, lease management, and construction
• Identify and communicate risks, schedule impacts, and cost issues to leadership and customers
• Manage documentation required for tower modifications, collocations, and construction
• Forecast and update project schedules using project management tools
• Participate in internal and external deployment meetings and work with carrier representatives
• Resolve design and site challenges such as lease limitations, easements, or space constraints
• Coordinate utilities and manage vendors as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of wireless/telecom projects, site acquisition, permitting, construction, and tower structures
• Ability to read blueprints, understand structural details, and analyze financial and workflow issues
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
