This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at The Gramercy at Town Center in Columbia, MD. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, addressing equipment repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall functionality of building systems. Day-to-day tasks may include responding to maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and conducting routine inspections to maintain the property in excellent condition.

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to identify and resolve system or equipment issues efficiently.
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance and proficiency in repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety procedures and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certifications are a plus.
